I'm consistently being screened out regardless of what I enter, and my account hasn't been under review yet. But I am finding this very annoying.

Also, has anyone experienced delays with cashouts, not just payment not being accepted? But anything else? Because I might cash out today or tomorrow, and I want to be prepared, please.

So, can anyone answer that question?

Every one I try I get screened out, what is it with me and getting screened out?

Would it be a problem if I deleted all my accounts and left just one? Would that flag me, or would that keep me safe from being banned? Or account reviewed?
