Subchorionic hematoma…..

So I went for an transvaginal ultrasound everything was great. As I was about to leave the nurse says “Oh hey I saw a subchorionic hematoma on your uterus. No need to worry it may cause you to bleed , don’t freak out. For your own reassurance you can visit the ER if need be.” I’m like okay thank you have a nice day but I was secretly like what the hell.

I kept pushing to work just a short time later. I was working for about an hr when I felt this little gush and it definitely threw me off. I’m trying to scurry to see what’s goin on and boom another gush. The blood is like an orangish reddish color. Some I’m like mmmmm. The day progressed and I was totally in my head like this lady told me to freak out and I see blood are you serious.

Mind you, I’ve never heard of such hematoma. I managed to make it through the day watching my panty liner. Blood did actually get a little darker and yes I was worried but all I could do is pray. Long story short, blood did taper away but I’m nervous because every time I get a transvaginal ultrasound going to be on high alert for blood. I did not go to the ER but I’m still considering it.

Anybody else experience this?

Ok so I’m 39 yrs old, on my 5th pregnancy. The first two are adults 23&21. The next one was ectopic about 13 years ago. And the one after that has been about 6 years ago and resulted in MC. Now here I am today, 7 wks pregnant. I’m seriously going crazy…anxiety getting worse by the day.

Idk if it’s bothering me more about my age this time around or the two losses I have suffered in the past. So far really no symptoms except cramping and fatigue. Some days like today I don’t even feel pregnant. No sore boobs like what most other women are experiencing. I did see my primary care 08/06 in which that’s when I found out around 5 wks 5 days. My hcg levels were in a comfortable place aligned with the LMP.
I actually went to the ER the next day because I was literally about to pull my hair out thinking about if baby was in uterus. They did do a transvaginal ultrasound if I’m saying that correctly. There is a yolk sac but not able to see fetal pole yet. Hcg levels did rise accordingly. I go back in for scan 08/24. I’ll be 8 wks by then I’m nervous. Don’t know what I will see. Praying for the best outcome I would love to have another healthy baby.
I know this is a lot but I need to vent to someone in my position or has been. The waiting has me on edge. I hope I’m not alone and I’m actually emotional typing this😔
