Pokémon HOME Connectivity Chart - Updated 2026.10.07

Sorry it took me a day and a half to get this out this time! Bit of a crazy week at home. As always, please let me know if this is missing anything! My favorite thing every time I post these is learning what I've missed out on including and figuring out how to update the chart to be as accurate as possible. Also figured out why the file sizes have been so big, so this one is much smaller (~9.5 MB)

Link here (so you don't have to download the compressed version from Reddit): https://drive.google.com/file/d/1m5eDT-U-y7I1Vwr525ATFU-CQF6pCcHq/view?usp=drive_link

Updates:

  • Added FireRed and LeafGreen for the Nintendo Switch, as well as the relevant origin mark to the Pokemon HOME section.
  • Moved stuff around a bit to make it more pretty
  • That's about it!

One note on this: I'm aware of the restriction that certain Pokemon generated with ACE are unable to transfer to Pokemon HOME. I consider this to be part of Pokemon HOME's legitimacy checks which it already has in place and which aren't explained on the chart. For similar reasons, I don't include trading between GB/GBA cartridges and the VC/NS versions of those games, as it's not a legitimately endorsed method. I'm not an expert in HOME's legality checks, but if that's something that you believe should be explained here, please let me know!

The explanations at the bottom are getting to be a bit much, so if too many more pop up, I may need to figure out how to reorganize some of that information into the chart itself lol.

I've been spending a lot of time playing the DS/3DS games before Bank closes, as I'm sure a lot of you have as well. I'm bracing for that shutdown in February, and I think going forward from that, I'll probably make 2 versions of this chart: one that only shows the current connections and one that shows everything, just for fun.

Thank you all so so much!

Going to worlds for the first time! Tips on preparing my binder?

Hi! I’ve been out of the collecting scene for quite some time: Chilling Reign was the last set I bought product for. Never stopped being into the video games, but I’m kinda just starting to get back into looking at my TCG collection. Found I have a couple good-priced cards (Special Delivery Pikachu, a good number of Tag Teams, lots of Radiant Collection, random EX/HGSS cards that I didn’t realize were worth anything, etc.). Our financial situation is in somewhat dire straits (we really don’t have any business traveling to worlds, but it’s always been a dream and it’s over my birthday this year so we’re making it happen with some help), so I’m planning on selling most of them, but want to go trading at worlds first just to see what I can find! It sounds so so fun to just meet up with collectors from around the world and look at cards together!

I want to go in looking like I know what I’m doing, despite the fact that I really don’t know what I’m doing haha. One of my friends went through my entire collection (5,000+ cards) last night just to check for anything I missed (sure enough). I’m probably overthinking it, but I have a ton of questions:

For pretty expensive cards like the Special Delivery Pikachu, should I keep those in my binder where they are now or in top loaders? And if I need to bring them in top loaders, how should I carry those around safely? Have also been told that 3-rings look kinda tacky, should I swap my Pokemon Center binder for a more durable one? How should I evaluate whether a trade is good or not if I can’t look up prices? I’m sure there’s going to be tons of people there looking up prices, so I don’t know if I’ll be guaranteed to have good cell service. Also, should I be worried about theft when letting someone else look through my collection?

There’s not a ton of cards that I’m like dying to pick up, aside from some of the more expensive Mudkip/Dragapult cards (my boys!) plus the e-series cards just cause I actually own an e-reader and love scanning them. Mainly just excited to see the scene! It feels a bit weird being a noob in something Pokémon-related, so I really appreciate anyone who can help!!
