Why does storm arrow cost 999 skill points
Title. Im guessing its locked before a certain level? im only lvl 53. Does any mod know a command that would help?
Edit: i reinstalled to the latest version and its still at 999.

Want to upgrade ram. How should I do it?
Rust is very stuttery and my mem usage is getting up there and I want to get some more RAM.
I Can't find new or reliably used RAM sticks of the same type. Should I take a chance with used from eBay? Should I completely swap out for new? Do I not need to upgrade at all? Was thinking of upgrading to 32GBs.
Current setup has
2x8GB Ballistix crucial 3200MHz ddr4 CL16
AMD Ryzen 7 5800x (8-core/16-thread 3.8GHz, Max Boost up to 4.7GHz)
ZOTAC GAMING GeForce RTX 3070
Any help is greatly appreciated. Btw I have no idea what I'm doing.
Edit: Is it preferred to upgrade my 2x8 to a 2x16? I've seen 4 sticks isn't optimal.
