I have been searching for this book for a long time, it was one I read when I was pretty young. The book follows this horse as it goews through its day and refuses to step on any bugs. There is not much of a narrative but the book ends with the horse dying and turning into stars. It had no people in it, just the horse. I vaguely remember it being in a collage style and somewhat angular. It is not "Ludo and the star horse" that is the only one I am able to find googling. Thanks!

I have a memory of a book about a horse that wouldn’t step on any bugs and at the end it’s implied he dies and turns into stars. It is not ludo and the star horse. It’s a picture book and I vaguely remember it being in a collage ish style? Anyway let me know that book meant a lot to me

My mom told me she read it in 1996, when she was in college, I decided to take a crack at it while on vacation and could dedicate all my free time to it.
