Working for an auto service shop in Canada and looking to set up a digital gift card program (nothing physical). Not interested in loyalty programs, just clean digital gift cards tied to recipient credentials.

Have gone through a few discovery calls and initial outreach with some platforms (Ackroo, DataCandy) and honestly the experience has been rough as no-shows on scheduled calls, zero follow up after multiple contact attempts and Experience with Loylap was better but / think the sales person we got was a bad draw. Boss didn't approve. Starting to wonder if this space just has poor customer service across the board or if we've just had bad luck.

Anyone who has found a platform that actually communicates well and delivers what they promise?
