I'm thinking of planning a cleanup event in my area. I'm not sure what interest level will be but similar events tend to get around 5-10 other people. I'm planning to provide bags and gloves... But if you get a considerable amount of trash together, where do you take it after the fact? Is it better to plan to do a cleanup in a location with a dumpster? Anyone dealt with this before?

I'm going to be in town for two days for a concert this month. I know it's not exactly season, but are there any good locations in the city to see some local avian friends hanging out? My less-enthusiastic-about-birds but supportive partner will be with me, so ideally it would just be a little 30 minute/hour visit at a park and not a big destination out of the city or anything. Thanks in advance!
