Is saying Bismillah ar-Rahman ar-Rahim before reciting Surah's mandatory in prayer?
This may be a bit of a nitpicking question (I have OCD), but is saying "Bismillah ar-Rahman ar-Rahim" before reciting a Surah in prayer mandatory? Almost all Surah's in the Quran start with this, so to "recite" in prayer may include this. Like seeking refuge, then reciting Al Fatiha, then now I am reciting say Al-Falaq, do I need to say Bismillah ar Rahman ar Rahim again?
