PRN Hospital Nurses (as needed/non-benefitted)

Newbies who eventually changed to PRN at a hospital... Do you get paid based on years of experience or do you get the same flat rate as all other PRN nurses at your facility (i.e.. a PRN nurse of 1 year and a PRN nurse of 20 years both make $46/hr.)?
