New profile says someone smashed on the door in the night and that they left out of fear…they contacted support, new host what do I do?
Hello, I’m a new host to air bnb. I just had a guest with a brand new profile stay in my property which is in a small quaint village contact support requesting a full refund saying that someone knocked on the door in the door in night and they had to leave out of fear.
I suspect this story is bullshit as I’ve lived in the house myself 6 months of the year and it’s very safe.
They want a full refund, they contacted support instead of me, just asked me to call them.
What do I do? If I refuse a refund will this affect my listing?
