What is this effect called?
It's somewhat of a blur but looks glassy. I am new to cinematography. Anyone know how to achieve this effect in Davinci Resolve?

I am going to travel to Switzerland in September 8-14. I am planning on going to Oeschinensee. Though I will stay with my mother at Mollie-Margot. I was initially going to buy a saver day pass but considering that it's expensive for me as an 18yo student, I wanted to find alternatives. Also, it is also a big risk buying saver day passes in advance since I can't predict weather precisely for the day I'll go hiking in Oeschinensee.
Please give me ideas!
So I have a flight at 6h05 on september 14th at Geneva Aiport but the only train I can get on is the 00h30 train from Lausanne to Genève train station arriving at 1h22. Then I have to wait 2h05m until 3h27 to catch the bus to go to the airport. Wondering where I can wait those 2h05 minutes as I have seen that the airport terminal closes between 00h00 to 4h00.
PS: I am a student first time solo travelling so I'm trying to spend less on this trip.
