Budget is limited, but I have a fairly flat spot in the back garden and want a place to winter my green friends, rather than filling the living room with plastic trays. Just curious since $200 for a aluminum frame and poly panels seems ludicrously cheap.
Store picked up a new line of premarinaded chicken thighs, so I asked Black River Red what we should do.
WFH ain't paying this pay period, so I'm getting creative with freezer burnt stuff from the back of the freezer. Plus canned glory collards for vitamins.
Cooking in budget, making tasty stuff that's easy was getting into a rut. So I did some googling and ai chatting. The result was the above. Mixing lean protein from diced chicken breast baked in the air fryer with pasta seasoned with garlic pepper and tossed in EVOO and green beans stirred in. So, fiber, vitamins and controlled carbs. Am I off target? Suggestions to improve are welcome.
Took Mama's recipe and tweaked it with andouill sausage and a dash of Tony Chacherie. Smells like heaven!
Decided to expand my skillset since I've never baked before. They're ugly as heck but edible. I count that a win because I have very low standards.
