Instantcart sent an automatic second store check for 2 Four packs of red bull. I think this was weird since i was okay with the refund on the original order since i didnt like the replacement options. The 2nd shopper ended up buying one of these replacements anyway and i didnt even know the order was placed and i was asleep.

I woke up from a nap a saw that there was an instantcart order for 2 tropical yellow red bulls at my door. Iwent to the get help chat to find out what happened but the conversation derailed since the rep. seemed to be idk crazy?

It seemed like they thought either someone was on my accout or i was trying to cheese the system for a refund by claiming i didnt order it (which i freaking didnt), but i could just say i didnt like their replacement if i wanted to be an a-hole.

The rep then says they deactivated my account cause instant cart doesnt automatically order stuff. Which TF? Yes they do. I said i dont want my account activated. And they say well WE didnt order it.... This woke me tf up.

I sent a screenshot of the first thing that shows up when you google instant cart automatic orders and again said i didnt want my account deactivated.

And they ignored this and said as per their guidelines they have to deactivate my account.

This felt like they were peved that i was having a concern or idk what?? And that they were just threatening to deactivate my account cause i corrected them ?? and I said this. They said they offered all the options (one option "deactivation") and ended it. I dont even know if i have an account right now??

Like am i crazy or was this shit weird ?? I work in customer service and the whole thing felt like an FU you scammer the whole time, but i just wanted to know what was up and if i could prevent this.
