Poněkud neobvyklý bizár, opět z Facebooku

Hey there.
So I've only recently started thinking about why I'm like this. Not so long ago, I didn't even know the term daydreaming but I can tell you it's been a part of my life ever since I was a little kid.
I always had a strong and vivid imagination so normal daydreaming was seamless to me. The issue came when I first started getting bullied at school, at which point I was doing some obsessive "revenge" daydreaming almost every day for hours. Of course as I grew and matured, I stopped seeking it out but it never really left me. Sometimes I just get "pulled" into these vidid daydreams which are usually about revenge for the past wrongs, mistakes fixed, opportunities taken...that and of course some total fantasies. I'm wasting so much time with this that even my gaming has been negatively affected. At work, I loose focus. While walking, I get "clumsy" and loose balance. While sitting and being fully "submerged" in the thoughts, my body often reacts to it. For example I managed to slap my headphones down more times than I can count, in a few cases I even slapped/hit myself. I often do involuntary sounds or weird expressions. My body can tense up a lot and my heartbeat/breathing go wild.
Since I understand that people don't like misdiagnosis, I'd rather ask here for an honest answer: is this just obsessive/excessive daydreaming or maladaptive dreaming? And can it be "cured" somehow?
