Variance on basic strategy - surrender - which is correct

Hey All,

Got some questions, generally, which app or card or site is correct. I've got the Blackjack Apprentice app for playing actual hands and learning to count cards. I've got another app called just "Blackjack" or maybe it's Blackjack Trainer, this one is just for training the first hit on a hand.

Some differences between the two, this is for basic, dealer hits soft 17.

  • BJA
    • 15 - surrender on 10
    • 16 - surrender 9 through A
  • Blackjack Training
    • 15 - surrender on A
    • 16 - surrender on 9 through A
    • 17 - surrender on A
    • 8's - surrender on A, otherwise split

With the differing charts, which one is correct? Who/what/where is the best resource/authority on strategy?

How to remove residue from floor tile?

Per the photo, each tile has a lot of rings and residues, I assume from the shipping spacer material? Goo Gone didn’t touch it, Goof Off seemed to work…. But is there a milder cleaner that will remove all these marks without crazy hard scrubbing? TIA!
