hi, i moved to moco not too long ago and i’m just curious if other people are experiencing the same problem or if it’s typical for the area. i live in downtown crown and my rent is increasing by 18%. our current rent after fees is a little under $2,800— which is about 28% of our take home pay. if you guys don’t mind sharing, what’s your rent price and what’s your household income? is it typical for people to spend more than 30% on housing or should i look for another place to stay?
