What is the sweet red onion relish-y stuff that is often on fried fish tacos or coconut shrimp tacos?

Like on this type of taco there's usually a creamy slaw and then this sweeter kind of relish. Frida's in Guatemala used to serve it specifically on their coconut shrimp tacos but they took those off the menu a while back. I know I've had it other places too but I don't know what it's called and recipes I'm finding for something similar aren't really sweet. I have a great recipe for the slaw but these pickles would be amazing.

Meal subscription services in the city?

Can anyone recommend a meal delivery service in the city or Mixco? The kind of service that will deliver frozen or refrigerated prepped meals weekly?
