Alcohol in herbal supplement

I was sick for a few days, during that time, I pushed myself to go for walks outside and stuck to the rules. Now, only a cough remains. I have a syrup at home to relieve the cough, but it contains 43% alcohol. I take 2 spoons of it a day. Does this mean I have to start the program all over again? I don't normally consume alcohol, so this rule had never been an issue for me before. I want to know if taking this much alcohol, in a situation like this, violates the rules.

Accountability friend

Hi. 26F. I am starting 75H.

I don't really know how it'll work tbh but i feel like it will be good for me to do this with an accountability partner. Because i don't have anyone in my circle that will motivate me for this or i can talk about when it gets hard.

I'd rather do a once a day check in with messages to motivate each other, just a few times a week is even better. I can get busy sometimes.

I prefer someone who is doing the challenge. Doesn't really matter what day you're at. If you did it before and now working on another goal, it works too.

Unfortunately i'm at GMT+3 timezone.

I don't use discord so we can connect through reddit, wp or ig maybe? I am planning to start on july 18th. Anyone interested?

75 HARD or DEF

I really need discipline and structure in my life. I tried both of these challenges before but couldn't finish neither. Now I want to start a discipline challenge again but I can't decide which is better. Also I want to try to stick to the challenge until the end of this year. Which one do you think is more sustainable / better to maintain discipline long-term?

Without getting into too much detail, here are the rules for comparison:

75 Hard Rules:

1- diet

2- water

3- two workouts, one outside

4- non-fiction book

5- progress photo

DEF rules (by Jocko Willink):

1- diet

2- one workout

3- water

4 - no sugar

5- 3 important tasks

6- gratefulness

7- wake up early

8- personal development

* Also if there is anyone who tried both, I would love to hear their experience.
