This diet gave me the knowledge of what true health really means. I'm 2 months in trying various foods and formulas, what really made the difference was the raw liver and organic carrot juice, I had really bad brain fog and stomach issues and now it's all gone, I never been this happier and fullfilled ever since I was I child, I'm so grateful to aajonus and everyone that promotes his diet.
