Flag football defense when everyone is eligible
Maybe a bit of a silly question but does anyone actually run man defense when all offensive players are eligible to catch or run? With everyone being lined up one on one there would be zero safety help. Seems like a huge chance for big plays. Rather than play with this fire we just sit back in zone. Does anyone actually run a man defense in this case?
