My newest fry grow out solution

Been experimenting with different setups and pretty pleased with these. Have made 6 of them so far. I've found my fry do way better in these 7 gallon tubs compared to smaller setups. The tub is a 7 gallon tough stuff tub. For the lids I bought some plastic hoops off Amazon that come in 5 or 6 pieces so you can actually make these for a smaller round tub too. Then I just cut out and fastened window screen to the hoops.

It's kind of a happy medium for me because I'm not a fan of the more industrial looking grow out setups

New to security. Is this normal?

Last week I started working for a company doing patrol, in downtown in a district known for crime and violence. I have about 30 hits to do, half of which are apartment's that require me to walk every floor. We have to take pictures on our work phone once about every 15 seconds, I literally dont even see the sites because I cant look up from my phone long enough. You take a picture and label it through 3 different menus and your at your next picture before you look up.

My first week I didn't get a single break or lunch. Before I started my first shift, we had to change the tire of the vehicle.

I have to remove between 5-10 homeless a night form various properties. The first night included a guy with a samurai sword. Were unarmed.

I just had my first weekend and they called me every day asking to pick up shifts.

Everyone goes by officer, corporal, lieutenant etc. Feels very larpy.

I come in here and read about people browsing reddit all day, and I haven't had a chance to breathe or eat in a week.

Did I have false expectations or am I working a particularly bad position?

Tsumugi Sunday

Caught this guy chilling on top of a lilly pad eating aphids. Crazy how much lighting effects these guys. Can barely seem them in shadow but when the sun hits them they really light up

Snail Id?

Are these bladder snails in my medaka pond? It's heavily planted, would these snails be a danger to medaka eggs?

They're kept outside and I definitely didn't see this the previous few days. What could it be? Injury, fungal, bacterial, parasite? It does appear kind of cloudy/fuzzy
