Can someone explain to me WHY people insist on YOU putting the lipstick on when they want to try it on?

Foundation I get, eyeshadow sure, eyeliner i guess if were doing a wing tutorial but NEVER lipstick.

What magic do you think i possess that will make it look better on your limp wet lettuce lips that you dont? Just no tension having, dry as a desert, wanting a matte lip.

I hate it. I don't want to do it yet no one will just do it themselves.

Anyone want to hazard a guess?
