
Disconnected?! What do I do now!?
Hey Everyone,
Hope that anyone could help me here. About six months ago, my family and I had a Honeywell Home T10 Pro Smart Thermostat. It’s been great so far. Last night, we had a thunderstorm and lost power at least maybe 5+ times within an hour. Didn’t think anything of it since it was just past supper time and we all went to bed. We woke up the next day and to our surprise, the Thermostat has been disconnected from the wifi and our two apple iPhones. I’ve restarted the wifi modem several times and the dialer in the house can’t find our wifi signal. Has anyone come across this issue before!? Does anyone know how to fix this!? It’s still working for the most part but both my wife and I have mobility issues hence having to control through our iPhones was a selling point. If anyone can help, it be greatly helpful & appreciated.
