I’m a Lyft driver.
Yesterday after 4 or 5 rides I got a call informing me my account would be banned due to someone saying I assaulted them. I explained to support that this claim was false along with the fact that I have video footage of every ride I completed. My account was unbanned immediately but I’d like to take legal action against the person that made the false claim. How do I go about doing that?
