I have transferred another university from uiuc, and need to hand over my current room(at 4b4b apartment).

The apartments at Capstone Quarters are among the most affordable options available; a single room costs $515 per month.

There are two possible solutions:

A lease takeover/sublease of my current room (covering the period from August 2026 to July 2027);
Applying for a different apartment or room within the Capstone Quarters community.

Either of these options would help me resolve my situation.

If you can successfully refer a tenant who ultimately signs a lease, I would be more than happy to pay you $300—or even $500—as a token of my gratitude.

Of course, I will also help the tenant pay all the handling fees.

Rent:

$515/month + a share of utilities/miscellaneous fees (subject to usage).

Apartment Features:
