Where should I apply? Should I even bother with T-14?

Editing to provide more info- I have 7 years of work experience in government affairs. More specifically, I worked on legislation for victims of domestic violence and public safety overall in CA.

My major in college was political science. I was working three jobs to pay for school and should have tried harder, but it is what it is.
