Hii, I’m an incoming first gear student at trsm, and I am shopping for cute bags. I want something functional and aesthetic, that can fit my laptop, water bottle, wallet, notebooks and other essentials. I also want it to be on the affordable side. I also want it to be a tote bag. I’ve seen some brands like Ooomay and poppy and peonies but the reviews aren’t the best. Is there any other brand that’s ethical and good quality that you guys would recommend? Let me know!

Hi, I am an incoming first year student at TMU, and frankly speaking, I am quite nervous at the idea of wearing my Niqab to uni. Is it safe to wear it downtown? I know it’s pretty multicultural so I shouldn’t get too many stares…right? Do professors discriminate based on outward appearances? Will it be easy making friends? I don’t care about background or anything, I just want to find a community of people who are accepting of my niqab. Let me know please. Please no Islamophobic comments!
