Hi, I'm planning to move to Philly from Boston sometime near the end of this year. I'm looking for advice on where to look for studio apartments and any advice in general on what to look for when moving to Philly.

I'm 21 and soon getting my realtor license, i know I can use it in philly by applying for license reciprocity. Do you guys know how is the job market for Realtors there? Anything I have to be on the watch for?

Ive been in philly before and I loved it. Please give me your best advice.
