We just got scammed by so called "AM cooling Enterprises".

Context: Our fridge broke down yesterday and my dad wanted to get it serviced by the authorized service center. He googled search for "Bosch appliances service" , he somehow ended up with a toll free number "1800 309 4404". They assigned a technician to inspect, but after the call they did not provide any service request ID.

The technician came on the same day , claimed that they are authorized service center and he began to inspect it. He said that there is gas leakage, which needs to be fixed and it wont be covered under warranty. He quoted around 5k and my dad agreed to it.

He finished the job in 15 mins and started to prepare the invoice, the invoice looked like it was created by a 10 year old and it did not say authorized service center. When my dad questioned , he gave vague answers. He also confidently said multiple times that we can contact anytime and the invoice also has manager's number.

He asked to let the fridge run for 6 hours and then start using it. Today morning it was still not working. We tried calling him and they never respond. No response from the manager, technician, customer care number. We tried calling from different numbers too, but no response.

I tried to look for their address today, but I could not find their business on google. It feels like the company does not exist at all. They disguised as authorized service center, created fake invoice and scammed us T_T

We paid through Gpay, anyone knows how to dispute the transaction or file a complaint on them T_T
