Can I use 20% azelaic acid while on accutane

Im on 4th month of accutane taking 20 mg/day, and my skin is mostly clear now I just want to add azelaic acid on where I have closed comodones which I think will be hard for accutane to treat. Im planning on using it only twice a week and 20% because thats the only dosage they have in my pharmacy for pure azelaic acid. It might be too high of a dosage, but the ones with lower dosage are from brands i dont know or trust, so can I get reccomendations or should I stick to the 20% one?

What can I add in my skincare routine to help my closed comodones?

Im 4 months in accutane taking 20mg/day at 46 kgs (hopefully I want to increase the dosage by my next appt). Anyways, my skin is mostly clear like I dont have active acne but my main concern rn is closed comodones, Im scared that they might not go away even with accutane. Is there something I can do while on accutane to help treat the closed comodones and make them smaller n less textured? Like anything I can do in a clinic or any products?

Month 4 and breaking out

Im 46 kgs taking 20 mg/day up until now. I reached month 4 and I noticed some more breakouts, I even feel a new acne forming thats not rlly visible on the skin but when i touch it I can tell its a cystic acne 🫠 When does it get better and do you think by next appt (which is in 2 months) I should ask them to up my dosage?

Is it just me who doesnt sh by cutting

I give myself bruises instead and scratch at my skin and thats sm more satisfying because even after days i can still feel the bruises when i touch them. And theres a positive side : it doesnt leave scars :) like my legs always have green (idk why theyre green) bruises on them
