I’m 15F in 10th grade, and there’s a guy I like from another section of my class. We don’t really know each other, but we see each other during breaks and when we pass each other’s classrooms.

I’m also a house prefect, and he’s in the same house, so sometimes I have to collect names and phone numbers for events. That’s basically the only reason we’ve talked. We make eye contact pretty often, but I have no idea if it actually means anything.

There was one time when he was going to the washroom during a free period. I was on duty and asked him where he was going. He didn’t say anything, just made eye contact with me and went inside. 😭

I want to become friends with him first, but I’m scared of approaching him because I don’t know if he likes me, dislikes me, or likes someone else.

My friends of his section are telling me to divert my eyes because one of their friends like him.

How do I start talking to him naturally without making it obvious that I have a crush on him?
