Hello All, I'm Chris living in SoCal. I purchased Reason 13 and am having a problem with my username / password. When I go to boot up Reason it asks me for the password. I enter what i thought is my password and message says invalid name or password. Then I follow the instructions to reset it and receive the same error message.

I have sent numerous emails to Reason Support and their response is to reset. Can't do that without knowing what my user name is. Very Frustrating. While reviewing the Reason site for support i noticed that Reason was sold to another company?? Can anyone here help me to retrieve my Reason user name and account. Thanking you in advance.
