The music industry continues to evolve rapidly. There are so many ways to release music now compared to just a few years ago, which brings about new release strategies for your music. As an independent artist or indie label, every detail matters. Your music is your product, how you market it, hype it up and release it, determines how successful you are.
Some artists drop a single every month.
Others build up to an EP or full album.
Some release multiple singles before an album, while others prefer surprise releases.
What's your release strategy, and why has it worked for you?
Share your process and any lessons you've learned. You might help another independent artist improve their next release, or find a new trick that you can utilize. Information is powerful, let's see what ya got!

Who's got new music for us to listen to?! Follow the link here to send your music our way so we can find the right playlist to feature you on within our network. Or if we like it enough, feature you in our magazine.
Also, drop your music below, but don't just drop a link, or it'll be flagged as spam, make sure you add a quick little line with it to explain what your music is :)
This playlist is a mixture of genres, all are independent artists though and new music. We keep the playlist short, delete older tracks and keep adding new. Follow to stay up to date with what we add. Let us know if you have suggestions of new tracks for us to add on.
