A Tier - high-quality mods and good fun = Shockwave Chaos, Untitled, CZero, Enhanced, Reborn, CWC

B Tier - mid = Pro:Gen, Nproject, Project Raptor, Continue, PoTW, Generals 2.0

C Tier - mods that need work or lack content = Giant Robots, VGO, Mid-East Crisis, Power Play

Undecided - promising mods that don't fit the Zero Hour mold = Red Alert Redux, Tiberian Dawn Redux, Revolution Project
