Why does this subreddit continue to allow the frantic, manic panic-posting, especially at such high frequencies? God forbid you have an interest in rabies, or have had a genuine exposure. It's like wading through molasses trying to have a real discussion about rabies on here. Can't there be some kind of rule about it?
I lost a hoodie of mine at Elysium a week or so back. I think it must have been stolen, because when I called the next day they couldn't find it. It's really distinct, it has a hand painted centipede going down the spine, and several patches. I've had it since I was 16 so it's pretty important to me. I know it's a long shot but if you have it or if you know anyone who has it, PLEASE hit me up. It's been a project of mine for a long time and I'd give a lot to have it back. :(
Thank you in advance!
Probably a silly question but it might be a nice break from all the anxious posting! Is the virus that's transmitted always going to show up the same? Are furious and paralytic rabies fully the same virus, just with different presentations? What causes the different presentations? Can an animal be infected by a rabid animal with a furious presentation, and then present with paralyitical themselves?
