Mice in the attic, recommendations needed

Realized we have mice in the attic after one chewed through our internet fiber cable, gross. We've only caught 5 with traps this week, so I'm hoping that's a sign there's not a 1,000 up there, but we're wanting to get professionals out to help find and seal up entry points, look for any damage to wiring or air ducts, deal with the current mice, possibly remove/redo insulation if needed, etc. Anyone have recommendations for who you've used for this and did a good job? Anyone have a bad experience and can tell us who to avoid? Thanks!!

New S240 Won’t Start

Bought a new S240 from AgPro a month ago, delivered April 14 with a full tank of gas from the dealer. I’ve only cut with it twice, both times it seemed slow to start (compared to our old John Deere mower we were replacing) but it got going and once the motor was warm it was easy to start again. There’s 1.5 hours on the clock. Today it won’t start at all. The parking brake is set, I’m depressing the brake, it’s still got 3/4 tank of gas from the original dealer gas, I’m seated on the seat, the throttle is full, I’m holding the choke, it sounds like it’s trying but doesn’t start.
Called AgPro and they said it could be a lot of things, and it might just need a carburetor break down and clean out which is several hundred dollars and not covered by warranty and we’ll have to pay it off that’s what it is. Seriously? We’re $4,000 in on a new mower and 1.5 hours later we’re having to take it back for service and will possibly be on the hook for hundreds in repairs? Regretting this purchase already.

Anyone have any tips on something I might be overlooking on starting the mower, or any other insight on how to navigate costly “repairs” vs warranty coverage on a mower we have only used 1.5 hours in the last 4 weeks?
