Safe to take these every day? Why doesn’t everyone do it?

Bought from Walmart. I never eat fish really. However I hear that some brands have mercury in them and other toxins. What’s up with that?

How is it working in Supply right now?

The recruiter told me I am ISEL for becoming an officer in supply. With everything going on in the news and obvious supply issues onboard the USS Abe Lincoln, I wanted to hear directly from people working in the Supply Corps: How is that job? Do you enjoy it? Are there real-world job prospects for when you leave the Navy? Any info is appreciated.

The economy sucks and many people are signing up for the military. Recruiters, is it getting harder to commission into the Navy right now?

My recruiter told me I am ISEL for Supply Corps given that I have an MBA with a 3.8 GPA. However, I am most interested in AMDO, which is closely related to supply but apparently I'm not quite ISEL for that according to the recruiter. My question: Is it becoming harder to get selected for these positions right now? Should I just go for Supply instead to maximize my chances of getting selected? I would go Supply over not going at all tbh...

Currently a gym rat. How easy is it to get jacked/stay jacked while serving in the Navy?

Applying for OCS FWIW.

Ever since I got sober 3 years ago, the gym has been my greatest hobby. Also nutrition, calorie/macro tracking, etc. Love doing food prep to reach my goals.

I know the military wants you to be in shape, but how easy is it to track your macros? Can you grow muscle via progressive overload each week or does the required PT keep you lean but make it hard to make real muscle gains?

Any info is appreciated. Thank you.

Thoughts on renting out my house for a few years while leaving to be a Navy Officer?

I am speaking with a recruiter about totally changing my life and becoming a Navy officer. He says I am ISEL for a couple of positions and I have a fighting chance of getting selected. I am 33M, no kids. Just a mortgage, and a car that's nearly paid off. I was lucky and got a good interest rate on the home, so I would like to keep the house. Also, in case this career path sucks for me, I could just come home when my 3-year contract is up and resume life as normal.

Recruiter says many people rent their houses out when they leave. I've never done this. I am aware renters are shite because I was one at one point... However, does anyone have any experience with this particular issue? I would preferably go through a rental company and select the 100% hands-off option of renting while away.

Recruiter says it's easy to commission into a different designator once you're in. Is this really true?

He says I am highly qualified to become an officer with my MBA, however, I day dream of working in intelligence or even engineering one day after obtaining a new degree with the GI bill... Anyway, is the Navy similar to the Army in which you can write your own ticket so to speak when it comes to picking a job?

34 YO, too late for OCS?

I have a BA (3.1 GPA) and an MBA (3.8 GPA) and I'm not prior service. Is there any hope for me? I am considering enlisting too, but some people have told me not to do that if I can help it since I have a master's degree. Overall looking to make a change into a different career field. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Is the Copper Cap program always recruiting people?

There is an Air Force base where I live that has a job posting open on USAJobs (that's about to expire) for a Contract Specialist position. I assume all positions have been filled for now since it's about to expire... I also just learned about the Copper Cap program so I applied and I now have 48 hours to do the video interview. I want to spend some time preparing for the video, but is it a waste of time since the local base near me probably isn't taking new hires for 1102?
