Meal prep salads - how do you do yours?

I am trying to cut my spending but still find ways to have cheap but healthy food.

I do like salads but I wondered how people plan them for the week without buying lots or eating the same one everyday?

Also how do you keep them fresh if you do meal prep them?

I am a horrible planner so any advice gratefully received!

I’m trying to restrict my spending, can I do this using two current accounts?

I am trying to budget better and cut down on frivolous spending and I read somewhere about a guy who had a current account for £100 spending money and another account to pay bills etc.

I have a Starling current account and was thinking of opening a second current account elsewhere, not sure where yet. I was worried though, will it affect my Starling account of my wages aren’t going into it anymore and if I don’t really have much happening on the account beyond £100 going in each week and then probably getting spent? Would they close it for that reason?

Are there any drawbacks to doing this plan that I am not
