Mx5 Randomly Turning Off

My bike has a little over 2k miles (95% of which was on pavement and a dirt road, I've ridden her good in the woods don't get me wrong I love hill climbs and she's flipped a few times but that was a long time ago I haven't wrecked her in over a year) and I've kept up on maintenance and oil changes, brakes and tire replacement, I've had this bike totally ripped apart basically just haven't messed with the electrical.

Anyway I'm riding around popping wheelies today in hyper and I twist the throttle for the fifteenth time to pop a wheelie and as soon as I twist the throttle it cuts all power. The screen isn't on. It eventually turns back on but the screen is totally black. I ride a little, it cuts out one more time. This time an ERROR 39. I turn the key off and on and it turns on. Screen turns on this time.

I then proceed to ride about 2 miles to the gas station to grab a couple cans of chew and ride back and was fine. Popping wheelies and acting wreckless doing 55.

It's gotta be something electrical so I'm gonna go over all the wires but hopefully this isn't like an ECU issue or something. I know I've packed the miles on but I've had literally ZERO issues with this bike up until now. This thing is awesome.

First print after blob

So I got everything reset after getting a blob of death like five days after getting my printer and then printed this car trash can. The print came out pretty good but up top I got a weird line. I'm a bit worried about the integrity of the thing with that line but it'll be fine for now.

I had that happen on my fruit bowl washer I printed (the first big thing I printed before the blob) about halfway up. Weird tho I factory reset everything and redid the setup on Neptune4help. Set up adaptive bed mesh in orca which I didn't have before.

My bed mesh level is .4mm across 420mm so I need to get that dialed in more.

Any suggestions?

Issue when restarting device

So when I turn my printer off and go to turn it back on whenever I'm ready to print it'll not turn on. I flip the switch and the red light turns on but nothing whirrs to life and the screen stays black.

I was waiting a minute between flipping the switch and eventually it turns on but this last time I just flicked the switch off and on off and on until it turned on without waiting a minute between for the capacitor. It took like 3 flips and it turned on.

Wtf is going on. I have 1.4.1.3, maybe 1.4.1.4 solved these issues. Idk I'm scared to upgrade the firmware and brick my device but I do have the firmware downloaded.

Also to the dude who said this isn't the place to talk weed. I'm packing a bong now. Good vibes.

Prints for everyone!

I made the scrub Daddy thing for my sister that was the first thing I printed and there's a lines where I think I've tuned it to where there won't be lines like that anymore.

Then I printed out a scraper and some other accessories like feet holders for the 3D printer for myself.

Now I'm printing out the fruit washer for my mom. I have to get some epoxy food safe to put over it before I give it to her but I can tell the adjustments I made smooth out everything.

This print looks way better. Basically my full 3rd print. With a bunch of calibration stuff in-between.

Also I was cleaning and pulled the plug accidentally about an hour ago halfway through this print and almost shit myself. Smoked a bong and turned it back on and it asked to resume!!!

Fuck yeah I love this thing.

Stringing along one side of print

So I started printing off a plate with like 20 items on it last night and three or four were messing up so I cancelled them within fluidd. The printer skipped over those items from then on but all along the left side where the one scraper was had VERY LIGHT stringing when I woke up. Like spider webs or silk. Suuuuuper light but it was there.

Was this from skipping over the scraper? Gemini says it was that, cable drag, or possibly airflow. I am printing all PLA right now but I'm gonna be trying petg and TPU soon but wanna dial in PLA first.

I have absolutely ZERO regrets buying the Neptune 4 Max as my first printer. Took 24 hours to calibrate before I printed anything.

To everyone that told me I should have picked another printer because this was their 15th printer and they couldn't figure it out....

First practical print after setup!

My sister only uses scrub daddies and I live sasquatch so it was a perfect gift. Lol

I'm printing out a drawer insert for under my 3d printer to hold my tools now!

Any suggestions on things to print for the 4 max? Im gonna do the feet holders with dampers next. I'm actually probably wasting time by not adding stuff like that to my print bed. I'm sure I can print 3 or 4 different things at once with how big the max is right? Maybe not lol

How is this for my first print?

I spent all day yesterday and most of today up until about twenty minutes ago and finally got the z offset correctly set. That was the last thing (hopefully). Leveling the bed took forever but once I realized I had two screw names mixed up things were easy in scan tilt calculate or whatever it's called. I replaced the spring with silicone spacers before doing anything else.

This is my first printer and people almost had me convinced to return it. I now have the biggest fucking cheesy smile on my face thinking of all the stuff I wanna print. That pile of spaghetti is what the Buddha looked like before I got the z offset right.

Fingers crossed. Gonna do a flow and heat test next then start trying some of the files I've found on makerworld.

Thanks to the dude who suggested the Neptune 4 site that I called a condescending prick. You were being a prick but you also pointed me in the right direction lmao.
