Hello, Andy from Atlas Seed here. I’m one of the breeders and I’m happy to answer any questions you have.
Over the past 8 years we’ve sourced and preserved a huge amount of genetics while building our inbred lines, and along the way we created a massive collection of crosses and S1s that we simply don’t have the bandwidth to fully work ourselves.
Rather than let those seeds sit untouched forever, some of them were released as PART of the MVB preservation line or R&D on our website. They are intentionally very different from our main Atlas lineup. These are raw, largely unworked lines that haven’t gone through the same level of stabilization, field testing, or selection as our signature releases.
You should expect more variation and more unpredictability compared to our standard offerings so I would not recommend these seeds to commercial cultivators. But with that being said, there are definitely standout expressions hidden in there for people who enjoy pheno hunting and digging through unique genetics. Just depends on what you are looking for. I was checking out a my friends website(86 peppers) and he had a really cool guide on transplanting plants using a double cup method.
I’ve never seen or used it before and honestly thought it was really fucking cool.
Basically you start in one cup, drop it into a second cup, and let the roots punch through so transplant day is just “lift and drop” instead of fighting the root ball.
Has anyone here actually used this method before?
USPS smashed my 420 order, roughly 90% of the seeds were completely destroyed. Paul and the MVB team replaced the entire order for me, plus a couple extra packs. Between that and the few survivors from the original shipment, I’d say I came out ahead. Ordered 4/24, original shipment shipped on 5/7, delivered 5/11. Second shipment arrived yesterday, 5/19. Got all this for $190:

This is I think my 4th or 5th order in about 4 years. Huge shoutout to Paul and the rest of gang for the irresistible deals and outstanding customer service as always.
I almost messed up this first grow beyond saving but luckily she pulled through stunted but pretty as hell. Lesson learned that grow dots can't go in two weeks late. But I also question their effectiveness period because I've been mixing up 1.5 EC blends of green leaf nutrients and all I got was the first day the little bit of tip burn you see. Once I added green leaf about 3 weeks ago the frostyness picked up like crazy. Also added their Bud Explosion.
Idk I'm not sold on these grow dots but this plant is still doing alright and I couldn't be happier to be self sufficient here with growing.
Got a couple Mexican airline autos that were gifted to me in the 5 gallons and two oozy stix from a different breeder and two GDP from multiverse in the 4 inch pots.
I found this in the back of the fridge.

Some bad, because a lot of them are dead now.

No matter what happens in November, I am always grateful for every single of you.
These young ladies are all MVB Tropicana cookies from the preservation line. When I got all those inexpensive beans I planted too many. These began their lives in an ac infinity seedling kit but when I had no room for them in the tents I put them out in the yard. They are thriving under the springtime sun, but nothing survives or thrives in my yard. I imagine if I brought them indoors when my tent space frees up, they would bring in pests and may not acclimate well. What say all of you? Should I bother?
For me, it was cheap ass equiptment of any kind.
The biggest regret is buying cheap oscillating fans that ccrapped out after 2 months.
I don't even remember the band.
I learned a valuable lesson from trying to be cheap.

Sticker machine is not printing the quality I want and the part we need is out of stock.
Trying to track it down.
Pretty disappointed with how long this is taking, but it is what it is.
I haven't forgotten about this. I'm not comfortable with printing bad stickers.

Received this order a couple days ago. Thanks to Paul and his team for getting my order corrected and tossing in some extras for the trouble.
Already have some Moonbeams, Titan 9, Twilight Princess and Purple Rim running now. Excited to see how these turn out. Interested in the newer drops from MVB so they might be next on the list. Happy growing!!!
I planted this Island Punch photo seed from Cali Connection about 3 weeks ago and she is flowering already. I have my lights on 18/6 temperature at 78° during lights on and around 72° during lights off with humidity around 65% to 70%. This is one of 8 plants in this tent and this is the only one flowering 🤔. Did I by any chance get a auto instead of a photo? I looked on the site and saw they sell both photo and auto of this strain. Packaging didn't say photo or auto just a plain white bag with Cali Connection logo and a sticker saying the strain name
