Hello folks! The day I dreaded the most in my life as a pasta-loving Italian-American boy has come and I am officially gf! Jury is still out on whether it’s celiac or not but as of right now I am severely intolerant of wheat! My bf of 4+ years is already celiac (go figure) so I am pretty accustomed to GF cooking/dining. My question for you all; particularly the later in life GF people; are there any bread products you consider the absolute best in terms of comparability to actual wheat bread? Any suggestions are welcome. (Im already very familiar w schär and udi’s)
