My mushrooms are starting to touch the top of the lid on my box - is this all good? Will they rot unless I change the lid? What should I do?

Landlord found my first ever brick of semi colonised coir after 2 months of nurture and care :(

He just sent me a photo of it in the trash (attached) and said whatever it is, not allowed.

I’ve snapped off enough for a smaller grow in a little tub, how can I save this???

Is my grow fucked?? Forgot to squeeze out the coir and only a lil bit seemed to be left in it. Whole box misted up almost instantly but to be fair it was pretty warm. Photo attached.

Gday, I'm beginning my first attempt at uncle bens soon, and found this for sale at woolies - there is no added salt and is extremely affordable - has anyone tried this, as it seems to be perfect (however I don't know moisture)
