Which shaver to get?

I'm looking for recommendations on the best shavers for my preferences/facial hair/skin!

I have somewhat sensitive skin, straight moderate-thick coarse hair on my goatee area, but much more sparse and less coaarse on my cheeks/neck area.

I usually shave every other day but sometimes I can go 5-6 days without shaving.

I'm currently just using a oneblade, but want something to give me a much closer shave without a lot of irritation/redness.

I've considered:
Phillips i9000 Prestige
Panasonic Arc 6
Braun Series 9 Pro (+? not sure the difference for the plus/prestige models of each)

Thanks for the help!

edit: i forgot to mention i have a strong bone structure, so shaving around my jawline/neck area can be really annoying/irritating sometimes

orthotics and shoe question

hi everyone,

after dealing with pretty mild PF for 2 months i decided to get checked out by a chirpodist (canadian podiatrist). she confirmed that i likely have PF and also told me i have high arches which are probably contributing to the pain. she recommended me stretches (which i've been doing) and told me about orthotics and that i should think about it. these orthotics cost ~600. (my insurance would cover nearly all of it)

she also told me i have wide feet, and recommended me some shoes for my specific case.

- brooks gts
- asics gel kayano
- nb 860

i recently bought nb 1080v15 but they've aggravated my PF more than walking barefoot even.

would anyone be able to give a specific insight if the orthotics are worth it, how long do they typically last, and whether the shoes she recommended are good for high-arch feet.

(i thought i had a neutral pronation (even wear on outside of shoes) but she didn't check my walking)

Thanks everyone!!

Exercise Help

hi everyone, i recently got PF about 1.5 months ago while playing basketball. i found it really strange considering i had been playing basketball actively once a week for about 8 months but the second i played two days in a row it hit me like a truck the next morning with crazy morning pain. the morning pain subsided after about a week.

only recently, about a week ago i actually did some researching on the pain and started doing exercises/ stretches to try to get rid of it. i have oofos, good walking shoes, and do: toe pulls, eccentric heel drops, wall calf stretch. i have a neutral pronation and a normal arch with my pain only coming on during activity (like running) or even during/after the stretches for a bit (and no morning pain). it's extremely depressing since i want to be able to play basketball and run but the pain is limiting me.

i haven't went to see a PT, but im wondering if anyone can give me insight if they would even help me or tell me to continue with stretches. i know it's only been one week since i started but its been so frustrating. would anyone also be able to provide insight on the stretches/exercise im doing and recommend something else?
