Need one Brooks pair for a big college campus + maybe occasional sports/running

Incoming college freshman here trying to decide on one Brooks shoe for a big campus where I’ll probably be walking a lot every day, standing around between classes, commuting sometimes, etc. I also want something that can handle occasional active use without feeling super delicate or falling apart. I do have other shoes that'd work better for sports, but I won't always have time to just change shoes.

I also tend to get ankle/knee discomfort from standing for long periods, and I think I slightly overpronate.

Right now I’m mainly considering:

Brooks Ghost 17

Brooks Glycerin 22/23

Brooks Ghost Max 2/3 (top pick as of now)

Brooks Adrenaline GTS 24 falling apart after a few days — is this normal?

Bought a pair of Adrenaline GTS 24s about a week ago and after just a few days of normal walking the toe rubber is already peeling and the interior heel logo on both shoes disappeared completely. Not running in them, just casual walking.

The upper materials and general construction felt cheap too. For a $100 flagship motion control shoe I expected better build quality. Has anyone else experienced this with the GTS 24 specifically or is this just a bad unit?
