We got a new store manager, and before we can go on break, this mf wants us to find 3–5 misplaced items. Like, how the hell am I supposed to magically find 3–5 things every time? Do they want people to just steal shit or throw stuff around so there’s something to find? It’s such a stupid rule. And if multiple people are going on break and walking the same direction, what happens when there’s literally nothing misplaced? Are we just supposed to keep looking until we find something?

I work as receiving associate, i barely get any hours. Is there a way I could get more or maybe get out in sales. I’m trying to make some more money for school.
