Ingyenes CC koncert a hétvégén a rakparton

puszi 💛"

[Help] Accidental duplicate order on Huel, support isn't answering, but the packages just shipped. What should I do?

Hi everyone,

I need some advice from anyone who might have experienced something similar with Huel.

What happened? Last Friday, I ordered from Huel, but something glitched during checkout, and I accidentally placed the same order twice. My card was charged twice immediately.

What I've done so far: On Friday, right after it happened, I sent an "URGENT" email to Huel support. I clearly explained the situation:

  • I want to KEEP my first order: #790118-EU
  • I want to CANCEL and get a full refund for the second, accidental one: #790123-EU

To be safe and get a faster response, I sent this to both the EU and US support teams.

The problem: It's been total radio silence since Friday. I haven't received a single reply. However, today I got an email notification that both packages have been shipped.

My questions for you: What is the best course of action here, considering I absolutely don't need the second package?

  • Should I simply refuse the delivery of the second package when the courier arrives?
  • If I refuse delivery, will Huel automatically process my refund once the package is returned to sender?
  • Or do I have to accept the package and go through the standard 14-day return process (which I assume means paying for return shipping out of pocket, which I'd really like to avoid)?

Thanks in advance for any tips or shared experiences!
