Union business agent lied
So me and multiple high seniority workers were lied to verbally that there will be no more easy hard inside bids for full time at our warehouse. When i receive that news from steward and all around the hub i took the next full time bid which is load load (horrible ik). So i go into this bid and load and behold not 1 not 2 but 45 easy hard bid positions go up and i cant take a single one since im in a 6 month lock out since I accepted the shitty hard hard bid! To top it off you know who took one of the easy hard? My own business agent from my union who's telling me he didn't say that and that he doesn't make the bids the company does?!?! So now i have 45 people with lower seniority with great full time jobs ik they will NEVER give up while i stuck loading trailers for 8 hours! My whole union won't help me and now im stuck. low-key makes me wanna just quit (i wont) but I feel like there something or someone I can talk to to get out this situation im already passed my 30 day so im locked in but I want my easy hard that I deserve that should been posted up first.
P.s im already top rate and do NOT want to go full time driver i have another business i run only here for insurance I just dont wanna die trying to earn it
