Can we opt out of having supplies included?

Basically what the title says. Is there an option to opt out of having supplies shipped with the medication? I have my own preferred syringes and wish I didn’t have to get the provided ones shipped to me every time.

What do you call these?

What do you call this style of single-story houses attached in rows of 4-6 in a suburb or subdivision? They seem to be coming increasingly popular in my part of the United States. Some people just call them apartments but I don’t really think that’s a great description. My first inclination is to call them a townhouse but I feel like when you say townhouse to someone, they’re envisioning more of a 2-3 story home, maybe over a garage in a more urban or downtown area.

Edit: sorry not exactly a floor plan but thought everyone here would be opinionated enough to chime in regardless 🤭

Altreno Help

I’ve been using Altreno consistently daily now for about two months and I’m still experiencing some peeling (different areas than before) and my skin still feels very dry. I was using Retin-A cream .025% before and stepped up to the Altreno only because it was supposed to be a more gentle formulation with less irritation.

I’m using Prequel Gleanser Face Wash waiting 20-30 minutes, applying the Altreno, waiting 20-30 minutes and then applying Illiyoon Ceramide Ato Concentrate Cream. I’m also occasionally layering on CeraVe Healing Ointment or Aquaphor over that to help with dryness. To be honest, I’m not really doing much of anything in the morning… I work from home so I just let it go, I’m afraid to do too much more and cause more dryness.

I’m wondering if I need to switch something out or add something? I’ve seen a lot of people and dermatologists recommend keeping your routine simple and I also really don’t want to get into having a hundred steps. My other issue is that no matter what I do my forehead and nose are always extremely greasy so I’m just feeling a little stuck. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!

Edit: I know so many people recommend the La Roche B5 whatever balm but it’s too dry and thick and gets all caked up in my facial hair and does not blend in or work its way out so that’s why I settled on the Illiyoon. About as this as I could go but still blend out of my beard area and not look white and caked in.

BPI Sale

Hi!

I will apologize in advance because I know everyone has been asking about this lately! I’m now an established member with Pom and I’d like to order another vial of BPI tirz. For those who have done this to take advantage of the sale, do you request a refill or just complete the form like you’re requesting it again? Is there a way to request more than qty of 1 with the 40 ml vials?

Mid Year Contribution Increase

Hey! I just raised my contribution amount and I’ve never done that mid year. I’ve always made any changes during open enrollment. If I just increased my contribution now, will the full amount go into my HSA in the next few weeks? Not sure how that works. Typically with my employer they deposit your contribution amount in full in January and then their contribution they deposit half in January and half in July.

Skin absorption question

From everything I’ve seen online it seems that it takes your skin about 30 minutes to fully absorb tretinoin. My question is what happens after that? I know tret is very sensitive to UV light but does that matter after 30 minutes if your skin has fully absorbed it? I see a lot of people discuss “short contact therapy” but what does that realistically do if it’s been fully absorbed into the skin after 30 minutes? Seems like you wouldn’t be able to wash it off at that point, right?

I’m really genuinely curious about this so if anyone has any insight or links to pieces to read I would love that! And if I’m thinking about this all wrong, I’d love to know that too! 😂😁
