5’1 180 lbs :( keep gaining.. where to start

I just found out that I have PMOS after years of being undiagnosed because I never had the cysts, facial hair or missed period… mine shows up in EXTREME weight gain (I’m used to being 130) and fatigue, hair loss etc. I’m really tired. So I guess I just need encouragement. The plan feels overwhelming.. where is the best place to start?

Right now the plan is 10k steps a day, 3 weight training workouts a week, Berberine, inositol a million other supps, GLP1, protein.. PROTEIN. Eat at a certain time every day, sleep. I’m also ready sooo burntout and tired I feel flooded with the tips.

Inositol? Berberine? Semaglutide? KPV? What’s making me feel so down/nauseous/depressed

I started these interventions over the last month from FINALLY being diagnosed with PMOS - I have the chronic fatigue, insulin resistance, weight gain side of PMOS.. I wish maybe I tracked a bit more accurately with when i started each.. KPV and SEMA at the LOWEST dose about a month ago.. inositol and Berberine about 2 weeks ago? But I’m feeling so emotionally sensitive and down, nauseous, and extremely fatigued. I’m not surprised with the fatigue and the nausea.. but the depression seems a bit surprising. Especially since it’s summer. Did anyone else have this experience? Or is there guidance? I don’t see my Dr or Natuopathic dr for a few weeks.

I am 32 years old and have been diagnosed with adenomyosis for about 6 years now but have been suffering since I was 15. I’m not ready for a hysterectomy as I want children still, but tyleonol, BC and heatpad hardly take away the pain. I work with a dietician and naturopathic dr so my regimen is pretty good.. but what else can I do for the pain? Has anyone found anything else that works when they’re at a loss? I spend a couple days of my period nearly bed ridden…
