Does anyone know what we'll need to welcome this character? Will any certain characters need to be at certain levels?

So, I have completed 4 of the pin sets. The ice cream set I need 1 more and the upward bound one, I need 2 more. My question is, why does it say I only have 72 of 88? That would mean I need 6 more pins and I only need 3 more to complete them all. I'm so confused? Help!

I've been at 19 ears for like a month. I keep putting every character I can to earn them and it's just bonkers to not have the last set of ears to welcome Pascal. Anyone have trouble getting the last ears?

Has anyone ever gotten the item they are hoping for in a radiant chest? Just bought the pack of 6, not a single lotso item. Got plenty of combat carl, which I absolutely do not need. :/ the way this game operates, is borderline rage bait.....or is it just me?

I enchanted open road challenge twice and was supposed to get a mcdimples ears and second enchantment should have received one of lotsos cane.

I didn't receive them. Is this an error? Because I can't go back and redo the 1st and 2nd enchantment....this game is has issues. It would have been nice to know if you can't earn those tokens if they aren't yet available.

Anyone else not getting their token chest and potion after sorting? It's happened to me twice now. Once yesterday morning and once this afternoon.
